Each 50x70-foot lot is perfectly designed to meet your needs. The monthly rent is $750, offering a comprehensive range of services, including cable television, sewer, water, garbage collection, and more. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate single-wide mobile homes.
Casa de Flores Senior 55 and older Living Community is tailored for seniors who prefer a low-maintenance environment. While residents handle their landscaping, the demand for upkeep is minimal, allowing more time to enjoy life without the burden of extensive home care.

Eligibility Requirements

To be part of our affordable senior mobile home community, individuals must be at least 55 to purchase a home and at least 45 to reside within our park. We understand the importance of family; hence, while children cannot live in our mobile home community, visitors are welcome for up to 20 days.
